Graduate Student
I am a graduate student of the University of Toledo. The primary focus of my research is the fabrication and characterization of various semiconducting materials employed in photovoltaic devices through spectroscopy ellipsometry. Specifically, my research is focused on characterizing the materials in a wide spectral range from ultraviolet to millimeter wavelength range. In addition, I am working on optical Hall effect technique to determine the transport properties of the photovoltaic devices. |
